The cabin was built in the 1950’s and has been lovingly restored over the last year. This property was one of the original homesteading properties on the peninsula. For a short time it was the Old Cohoe Post Office. All modern appliances. From the backyard you can look at over the river and see the eagles grabbing their lunch from the river. We have several moose that visit the property. Always be aware that they are not friendly. Keep your distance and do not antagonize them. We also have quite a few bald eagles nesting around the property. Due to this we do not recommend pets to run loose.
