Only a short drive to Beautiful parks, Preserves & top Attractions including Universal Studios, Disneyland, Griffith Park, LA Zoo, Dodger Stadium, and Downtown LA! The space Entrance: The home is gated and in one of the safest neighborhoods in Glendale! Master Bedroom: A tranquil retreat featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom, providing ultimate comfort. There is a spectacular 55-inch 4K HD Roku TV as well as a fully functional desk. Second Bedroom: A cozy space with one queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. There is also a fully functional office for working from home with wifi speed up to 1GB. Third Bedroom: A welcoming room equipped with a full sized bed, providing privacy and relaxation. Spacious Living Room: Kick back and relax in our comfortable living room, complete with a luxe sofa (can also be converted to a bed) and a large 65-inch 4K HD Roku TV. There is also plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances; including Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, toaster... the list goes on! Patio: Furnished patio for outdoor enjoyment. Get a great view of both the stars and the mountains. Included Free in your stay!: - Welcome Package + water bottles, coffee, snacks, candy. - Washer / Dryer use at the home. - 2 Free parking spots in front of house. Free parking on the street. - Kids toys, books, eating utensils. - Family games. - Upon request, can provide adjustable crib and/or highchair. - Upon request, can provide air mattress. - Upon request, can do cleaning services during your stay. PLUS - The Cleaning fee is actually affordable!! The space is great for working professionals, families, friends, and getaways. Guest access Guests will have entire home to themselves. We use a lockbox to access the home for the first time. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Other things to note * Please Read Before Booking * There is a Security camera located outside of the house. It is a blink camera to ensure safety for the home & guests and is actively recording. Please ensure that there are no cameras inside the house for guest privacy. Here are our house rules: 1) No Smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind on the premises. We want you to have an amazing stay, but we must enforce this to protect our property and the comfort of future guests. You will be fined if you violate. 2) No Parties, large gatherings, or events. Please kindly note that if the police are called to the property, there may be a $1000 fine from the city which will be passed on to the guest. 3) No extra/overnight guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or the number doesn’t match then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). 4) No Shoes inside the property. You can bring your own indoor slippers. 5) No tampering with internet devices or security cameras. Do not unplug any of the electronics. 6) No moving/ Rearranging of the furniture. (Unless otherwise specified) 7) No disrespecting / disturbing the neighbors. 8) No loud noise or music past 9PM. The quiet time is from 9PM-7AM (Per City Code) Thank you for respecting the city code. 9) Please do not lose the house or the gate key. There is a $75 fee if these are lost. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any violations. We have the right to cancel your reservations with no refund if any house rules or city local laws are broken. Check-in Time: 5pm - 2am Checkout Time: 10 am After the reservation is confirmed we’ll ask for your government-issued ID and ask you to agree to our house rules.
