The island townhouse, offers a fully appointed kitchen & a separate wet bar. Amenities include a TV, music & sound bar with internet. The condo is priced for 1 couples but can be priced for 2 couples. Take advantage of the golf cart & bicycles, and get to the club. Additional membership fee for night club, restaurant and pool access within this gated nudist community. The space There are 4 areas for dining here in the townhouse condo. Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen, dinners in dinning room, cocktails on the outdoor screened in deck, or a casual lunch on outdoor patio. Each offer beautiful view s overlooking the water. Guest access The entire 2 bedroom townhouse is yours to enjoy. An outdoor patio is available to use for dining or cocktails or just lounging in the sun. If you seek activity, set up the cornhole on a piece of the lawn. Cornhole located in a closet in the laundry room. Other things to note The townhouse is a generous space easily shared with another couple. This is an adult community. We are not set up to accommodate young children . The pool, nightclub, Key West restaurant and bar is located within the gated community accessible by golf cart. You can gain admission into these facilities with a daily or annual cost not included in the cost for the condo rental.
