Welcome to the Sumitomo building. The apartment is designed with a separate sleeping area of 55m2 , 3 open sides. The apartment is newly designed in a modern style fully equipped with furniture: such as smart tv 55 ink, 2-way air conditioner, bathtub, automatic toilet, heater, bedding, towels, cookware...... guests only carry suitcases to stay . We always maintain daily cleaning and laundry service for our customers , high speed internet, japanese TV, drinking water... The space Location in the center of Ba Dinh district, very convenient to walk 1 minute to Lotte shopping center, Daewoo, traditional zoo, jade lake, children's hospital, maternity hospital, tomibun supermarkets, jade day, Japanese restaurant.... 5 mins walk to metropolis, Japanese embassy, DMC office buildings, Handiresco, Vit, Deawoo, lotte , Australian embassy…. 15 minutes to West Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Old Quarter ….. Guest access You can access all functions/ amenities/ equipment in the apartment during your stay his residence. The apartment has security guards who monitor and protect everything outside 24/24. The security guard will be responsible for taking you to the apartment and giving you the keys. Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. Other things to note For hot water: Turn on the aptomat and wait at least 10 minutes to make sure there is enough hot water for you. Turn off when in use to avoid any accidents. - No smoking inside the apartment. Party and loud music are also not allowed in our house. - Please respect my property during your stay and do not cause any major damage or surface.
