The Grand Maloney Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Key West. Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. You may utilize the brick pathway/driveway for bike parking ONLY. For overnight parking, here are some parking lots: • 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!) • Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot • Park N Ride Old Town Garage Street parking information: • There are pay-to-park spots and meters, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit. • The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them. - Ask us about our other neighboring units for groups exceeding this guest count. - Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home! - There are no onsite laundry facilities. - This is not a pet friendly hotel. - For the purpose of creating a safe environment for our guests, the exterior of the building is monitored by security cameras.
