The space This is a small, approx. 400 sq.ft single family bungalow home. It is best suited for a single person or a couple. Not accessible for people with ambulatory issues as there is a claw foot tub/shower. Guest access This whole home, deck and yard is accessible. It has it’s own private driveway for 1 vehicle. Free street parking. It is a one way street down a steep hill. Other things to note Security cameras at front exterior and rear exterior of the house active 24/7. Sorry, we will not ship forgotten items. We do not have the time or the mechanisms to deal with forgotten items efficiently and effectively. We are NOT responsible for items left behind. We strongly advise guests do a thorough check prior to check-out. Weekly mandatory cleanings are scheduled for guests staying for 14 days and longer. Let us know if garbage needs to be picked up for stays longer than a week.
