*Stracciatella/Saint Aignan The space A short break, a longer stay? Find yourself in this elegant cocoon in the heart of a small village in Central Brittany, just a stone's throw from Lake Guerlédan. Equipped with all the amenities (flat-screen TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, etc.), find yourself in the right place at the right time. Shower gel and towels are provided, and kitchen equipment is at your disposal. The accommodation has been completely renovated and freshly decorated. Elegant accommodation. On the ground floor you will find the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, hob and cooking utensils...). The living room features a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix included. A shower room is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. A small garden with furniture for relaxing outdoors. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm bed and another with two 90x190 cm beds which you can arrange as you wish. Please note that the staircase to the upper floor is as shown in the photos, a spiral staircase, requiring particular care with young children. The entire accommodation is for your use. We will be available by phone during your stay if needed. We are close to the accommodation. In the heart of Central Brittany and Lake Guerlédan, the largest lake in Brittany, the accommodation is ideally located if you wish to relax in peace and nature, yet in comfortable surroundings. The accommodation is a short distance (1 km) from the lake dam, so you can walk or cycle along the canal connecting Nantes to Brest, or along the Blavet river. You can also walk or cycle the 40km circuit around Lake Guerlédan, or enjoy fishing, canoeing, jet skiing, etc. An artificial beach is located near Lake Guerlédan. Several restaurants are located very close to the accommodation (20m). You will also find the electricity museum and the bird observatory in the center of the Station Verte. Several free parking areas are located nearby (20m) from the accommodation.
