Sleeping up to 12 people and equipped with its own large outdoor barbecue and kitchen area, large outdoor heated swimming pool, sheltered outdoor fire-pit area to snuggle down into in the evenings, dedicated gym facility, business area, a pool house in annex to the main living quarters with pool table, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and lounge. As you enter the main residence which sleeps 12 people, you will revel in the open plan living space with its cosy sunken living room warmed by the log-burner and equipped with a 75-inch TV screen and not to mention the full surround sound Sonos system installed throughout the ground floor of the property for movie and music entertainment. A large dining room table (which seats up to 12 people) separates the lounge area from heart of the home (the kitchen, of course!). Our beautiful contemporary kitchen brings everyone together and seats an additional 6 people at the marble top island. The kitchen with separate utility room is fully equipped with modern appliances. A lavatory is situated next to the vanity room towards the entrance of the villa. The six-bedroom property sleeps up to 12 people. In the spacious sleeping areas (one bedroom is on the ground floor in the main house, 4 bedrooms upstairs in the main house and one bedroom in the Annex). Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and 2 of the bedrooms are linked by a jack-and-jill ensuite bathroom. There is also a large main bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bathtub. In the morning, you can open the double-doors in the main bedroom to the juliette balcony overlooking the undulating hills. We have the annex/pool house situated next to the main house, the exposed brick and character of the building complements this space along with a pool table, Sofa’s, TV, Kitchen, bathroom and of the bedrooms is located here.
