Apartment located in Núcleo Sabana, San Jose, on the 16th floor with views of Heredia and Alajuela. Shared: co-working, gym, swimming pool, 3 rooftops, Núcleo Gastro Club. Only 5 min from San Jose, 20 min from the airport, 15 min from the Convention Center. 15 min from Escazu, access to public transportation. Complex under construction, smoking is not allowed. Prior reservation is required for common areas. The space 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sofa bed for up to 4 guest. Kitchen fully equipped with basic supplies , 100MB internet, hot water, balcony and, one parking spot for your car (not RVs or minibus allowed). Guest access You can use all the public areas on the building from 7am to 10pm. Areas available without reservation: Co-working, Library, Rooftops (Zen Garden and Botanical Garden), Sky Launge, Giant Chess, Playground, hallway first floor, Swimming Pool. Some areas required reservation, for that you will need support from your host or requesting more information to the Lobby concierge in the building. Other things to note It’s needed at least 3 days prior arrival to prepare the apartment and coordinate your arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept same-day reservations.
