The advantage is that the accommodation (since it is occupied the rest of the year) is perfectly equipped, functional, secure, organized, arranged, maintained by our house staff who will be present, and at your disposal according to their usual schedules, just like the caretaker, for the duration of your stay. There is always someone who can be very helpful for all everyday problems. In addition, we are in an extremely quiet and family-friendly area. Very secure. We do not take people who come to Dakar for "festive" reasons... Thank you for understanding.
