This is the DOWNSTAIRS unit of a duplex. -- A short walk away from the beach (~ 11 mins) -- A short walk to the launch pad at the end of the road for your kayak or boat (~ 5 mins). -- Washer & Dryer in Unit Sleeping arrangement: -- Sleeps 4 in beds, 2 on sleeper sofas, 2 on air mattresses. Groups of 7–8 should confirm this arrangement works for them prior to booking. Bedroom configuration: -- Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 2 -- Bedroom 2: Two twin sized beds sleep 2 -- Two sleeper sofas that sleep 2 & two additional automatic-pump air mattresses avaliable for the bigger groups. We hope you have an amazing stay at our beach house in Hampton! Guest access Guests have access to the first-floor DOWNSTAIRS apartment. At your arrival, please go to the left-hand side of the building to the first door BEFORE the gate. Guests will have access to the backyard past the gate, but please DO NOT go up the stairs, as it is the space reserved for other guests. Other things to note HOUSE RULES – Please read before booking -- No smoking, drugs, large parties, or events -- No overnight guests not on the original reservation or without checking in with the host -- Primary guest must be 25+ to book -- Quiet hours observed – please be respectful of our neighbors Tech on property: -- Ring doorbell camera (front entrance, exterior only) -- Minut noise monitor (kitchen/living) – monitors noise levels, does not record audio Both devices are privacy-compliant and for your safety Check-in: 4:00 P.M. | Check-out: 10:00 A.M.
