The space The house is ideally located in the town of La Plaine-sur-Mer, renowned for its various shore fishing activities (clam, mussel, oyster, periwinkle, shrimp...) and its walks on the coastal path. The Côte de Jade is full of treasures: fishing, water activities, numerous beaches, bike paths, coastal paths including the customs trail. When you enter our house, you will immediately be seduced by the sea view from the living room. The main room is bathed in natural light, offering a warm and welcoming setting to relax after a busy day exploring the surroundings. With its 2 bedrooms and sleeping area, spacious living area including living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as breathtaking ocean views, your stay promises to be unforgettable. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa. However, please note that it is necessary to go through this room to access the bathroom as well as a second toilet. Also enjoy relaxing moments on the outdoor terrace where you can savor a coffee in the morning while contemplating the sunrise on the sea horizon or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the warm colors of the sunset. You have another terrace in the back of the house sheltered from the wind. At your disposal, a plancha, a wood-burning barbecue, and deckchairs. Each terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Our house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: fridge-freezer, induction stove, rotating heat oven, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes dryer. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room with the Orange Box channels and a TV in one of the bedrooms. It should be noted that the garden is completely enclosed and the gate can be locked. Don't hesitate to put your bags down and enjoy this beautiful region. Sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels are not provided. The dimensions of the beds are: 200*140. We can rent bed linen, towels for €15 per bed. Please let us know when booking.
