Relax at The Hideaway with the whole family (pets included!). Bolinas is a small seaside town that feels like you are a world away. Want to enjoy breakfast on the shore or shop at the farmer's market? You’re in luck because the property is just a 5-minute walk from the beach & a 10-minute walk to downtown Bo. Park directly outside the unit in the designated space & enter through a wooden gate into a furnished garden with views of the ocean. Once inside you’ll find the open kitchen equipped for all your needs. The living room is the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The sofa doubles as a queen size bed & there is a pack-n-play with sheets in the closet. Of note, there is no TV in the living room as the space is intentionally designed to spend time relaxing & reconnecting. Through the hallway is a single bedroom featuring a queen bed & a 43" Roku TV. Just outside of the bedroom is a bathroom with a corner shower (no tub). The bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. There is also a first aid kit in the closet in case of emergencies. Amenities of interest: board games, puzzles, books, beach blankets & towels, furnished patio, coffee, tea, Bose Bluetooth speaker, yoga mat, iron & ironing board, work desk, 2 luggage racks, 2 spacious closets, + more. NOTE: Verizon cell service can be spotty in this area. WiFi is great, though! ***PLEASE READ*** Guests will have access to the downstairs unit & the front patio area on the property which is enclosed for your privacy. There is a designated parking space for guests in the front of the unit marked by a sign. Potential for Noise: The property owners live in the upstairs unit with their 2 small/medium dogs. The house is older (built in 1965) so you may hear footsteps/some sound &/or see them walking their dogs. There are not any shared spaces & earplugs are provided for guests who may be sensitive to noise. The host will be available via the messaging center. Quiet, seaside neighborhood with lots of trees, shrubs, birds, etc. When visiting the beach, you may come across seals, sea lions, or even whales in the distance! There is dedicated parking at The Hideaway which can fit 2 small/medium cars or 1 large SUV/truck. The beach is a 5-minute walk & the downtown area is a 10-minute walk. PETS: 2 small dogs (30 lbs or less) or 1 medium/large dog (80 lbs or less) are allowed. Bring your own pet bed or crate as dogs must be kept off all furniture. Pet Amenities: 3 pet dishes, silicone food mat, leash, waste bags, & 2 microfiber towels for you to use to dry your furry friends off after a day at the beach. Please clean up after your pet whether on the property or in town. **DO NOT leave your pet unattended on the property or in the unit. Any damage caused by pets will be billed directly to the guest. Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers a professional deep clean/sanitization. Please contact the host if there are any issues. We are happy to ship any items left behind if guests notify the host. Guest is responsible for shipping fees + $25 fee to pay the cleaner for the extra service.
