1 private room in a 1 BR apt, 2 min from Central Park, from subway ( B, C ) line . Less than 10 min walk to Lincoln Center, Museum of natural history , surrounded by amazing coffee shops, bars and restaurants . 15-20 min walk to Times Square. The space 1 Br with a full size bed , fully equipped kitchen , 1 bathroom and shared living room . Guest access Guess will have access to a separate bedroom and can use the living room whenever the host is not around . I am only able to host female guest at the moment, sorry for any inconvenience . Also, on the property lives a lovely and very friendly cat so you must be a cat lover . She will not be allowed in the bedroom during your stay . The apt is on the 3rd FL in a walk up building
