Beautiful and very sunny apartment, with a warm and welcoming vibe. Located in the very central Mouraria area, 3 minutes away from the metro and the 28 tram, in a multicultural street. From here you can visit all the main attractions by foot, wonder in our old alleys and check the breath taking view points of our city. The space The apartment is located in a very old building, offering the comfort of a modern facility with elevator and air conditioning. Fully equipped and furnished, this apartment has a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen (cooking plate, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer and all kitchenware), a table for 2, a very comfortable double bed, TV with international channels and wifi. Guest access This property is all your to use and enjoy, when you arrive the bed will be made and you will find fresh towels in the bathroom as well as a hairdryer, soap and shower gel. Everything will be organised for you to have a great stay in this amazing city. Other things to note Though the location is very central, this particular street is very very busy and packed with men walking back and forth, mainly from the South Asian community. We had women travelers that felt very uncomfortable, the area has a dodgy atmosphere and some people were even scared. To avoid this busy street turn left when you go out the building, you will find another street on the left side and at the end of that one you are in Street Rua da Palma 286. It's best to call an Uber from here as well so the driver avoids the very busy one. - If we have a check out the day you arrive you will only be able to self check in anytime after 4pm but we can always organize ourselves in order for you to drop your luggage and get the keys earlier (after 10h30). If the apartment is ready earlier you can also self check in as soon as it is ready - The check in will always be a self check in but we will be available for you to contact us throughout this process and we will send you all the information and the instructions needed to arrive easily - After 21h00 please avoid making noise as this is a very old building and not 100% sound proof - If you are coming with a baby, your baby doesn't pay and we can provide a crib with linen, towels and a feeding chair (please note that we can only host maximum one baby) - Check out time is until 10h00 but if you are staying in Lisbon for the day you can store your luggage nearby (we will give you instructions regarding this) Registration details 92518/AL
