On the ground floor, you will find the living room equipped with a Smart TV, which has access to Freesat digital channels as well as streaming services which guests can use with their own details. There is also a separate dining room which is great for hosting or can be utilised as a dedicated workspace if required. There is also a second sitting room with a large, comfortable sofa as well as some board games and books which guests are free to use. Wifi is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. You will have access to essentials needed for cooking as well as a gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen leads onto the delightful garden, which is a brilliant sun trap! Upstairs, you will find the main bathroom, which is equipped with a bath and shower attachment. There are 3 bedrooms in the property, 2 rooms contain double beds and 1 room is a single. Each guest is given a towel for the stay and each bed is freshly made with professionally washed and pressed linen. Guest access There is free on street parking located right outside the property. House Rules are no smoking, children under five or parties in the property. Checking into the property is done via lockbox, with full instructions provided 24 hours prior to your stay.
