The space The River Rock Lake House is a large three story home. The home main floor opens up to an expansive well equipped kitchen, dining room and bar seating. A large comfortable living room with two leather couches, settee and fireplace, and a furnished Balcony. The Main floor also has a large master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there large Master Bedroom with en-suite another bedroom, bathroom and living room. Internet: Wi-Fi is not always strong at the Lake text are fine there is not enough reception to stream movies or music Guest access Guests have access to the entire River Rock Lake House the Lake Deck and Yard. For example, lakes, docks, stairways, porches, and other unmarked natural or man-made features, amenities, and conditions carry inherent risk. You agree that, by using the Premises and/or its amenities, you voluntarily and willfully assume those risks and assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after your use of the Premises and its amenities. You also acknowledge and agree that you and any other adult Occupants are solely responsible for closely supervising and protecting the health and safety of any and all guests and any Occupants that are minors, throughout the duration of your stay. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF SAFETY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND AS TO THE ADEQUACY OF THE DIRECTIONS AND WARNINGS PROVIDED TO YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL LICENSOR OR ITS AGENTS OR OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS OR DISEASE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR STAY AT THE PREMISES. Licensee/Airbnb Guest hereby acknowledges and expressly agrees that this Agreement does not convey a possessory leasehold interest in the Premises to Licensee and Licensor shall be entitled to access the Premises during the Occupancy Term for any reasonable purpose, including to inspect and repair the Premises.
