Combination air fryer, grill, toaster over; hand mixer, coffee maker and coffee, toaster, griddle, crock pot, dinning ware, outdoor barbecue gas grill, utensils, towels. Living area is a large open area with ample room for socializing. TV, couch. loveseat, reclining sofas. Fiber internet connection, WiFi. Air conditioning in living area and separate air conditioning units in each bedroom. Bathroom has walk-in handicapped shower with built-in bench. Towels furnished, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Additional parking for trailers. Storm Shelter on site. For the allergy and smell sensitive -- We are original owners of this home (finished in 2021) and there has never been pets, smoking, or use of scented candles in this home. Nor has there been water damage, therefore no musty, moldy smells. Bedding and towels are washed with Tide Free. The property borders Black Hills National Forest, therefore building a FIRE is NOT ALLOWED. Out of respect to other renters PETS and SMOKING are NOT ALLOWED.
