Little Villa Costa

Little Villa Costa is exactly that: a little villa, warm to the eyes, easy to live in, with all the amenities and a lovely garden to enjoy with the first coffee of the day, relaxing after a busy (!) day swimming at the sea or for the last drink of the day! The property is perfectly located between the sea side and the market where the majority of the shops are. You will be close to everything (swimming, bars, tavernas, super markets etc.) but without the hustle and bustle of the summer traffic. The space When you join us, you will notice - it is kind of obvious :-) - that we like wood, traditional building materials and warm, earthly colours. So, the floors are made of wood and the ceiling’s wood structures are part of the décor. Much better than boxes made of concrete and definitely a very relaxing and friendly space to enjoy your well-earned holidays. All the buildings are on the ground floor and easily accessible by young kids or people with special needs. Little Villa Costa has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a double sofa that opens to become a double bed and a single bed (a ‘divani’) if needed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a storage area (so suitcases will be out of your way) with a washing machine. The building is air-conditioned, there is a large flat-screen TV and WiFi everywhere. For our digital nomads or for us that we need to keep in touch with our business and we must have something better than WiFi, we can offer you an Ethernet connection (and the cable of course!). Other things to note The garden is lawn with orange trees, a banana tree and a glorious olive tree that keep the shade and create a space to be used all day long. In fact, at the side there is a BBQ, a village oven and a gas-powered cooker if you wish to put your skills in preparing the perfect rib-eye steak to the practice.
