A short 4 min walk down the street to Minisink Pool, or 15 min walk to beach! Check out Arrowhead's two large lakes for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or canoeing. With a large deck and fire pit, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air any time of day or night. This cozy vacation home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat screen 50" TV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Video. Fully equipped kitchen with basics, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a fridge and an electric oven. Please Note: 1) Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate (see "Other things to note") 2) Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property. We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI. Nearby Local Attractions ● 25 Min Drive to Pocono Raceway ● 20-25 Min Drive to Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Areas ● 25 Min Drive to Kalahari Resort/Waterpark ● 20 Min Drive to Hickory Run State Park ● 30 Min Drive to Mount Airy Casino ● 30 Min Drive to Camelback Mountain/Waterpark **driving times are approximate Guest access Whole house except locked owner's closet Other things to note **COMMUNITY (HOA) FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival): 1) HOA Temporary membership: a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week. b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day. c) Children under 6 are free 2) HOA Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) HOA Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable) 4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100 NOTE: All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival. **Fees are imposed by the community association (HOA); we are unable to waive or discount them. We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity. **TRASH RULES**: To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house. You can also pick up a flyer with the Trash Center address during check-in at the Rental Office.
