Welcome to The Deck House! Relax in this beautiful & spacious beach home. Walk to the beach. Enjoy an evening on the balcony with some of the most beautiful sunsets. The house has 4 bedrooms, which sleeps up to 10 guests. Cook fresh, New England seafood in the full size kitchen or walk to the local restaurants for a night out. A quick drive across the bridge to Hampton Beach for shopping, casinos, concerts, restaurants, & night life. The Deck House offers all the best of New England beach life. The space The Deck House is a beautiful and spacious 2 story home with several outside areas for you to enjoy. Spend some time outside to dine on the deck just off the living area or enjoy an evening around the fire pit outside on the oceanside deck. There are 4 bedrooms available, with 2 full size bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, bar area with seating, dining room, and living room available. Puzzles and games are provided for family time together as well. There is a grill downstairs to use for cookouts, in addition to the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. We allow Saturday-Saturday bookings from June-August. We are open to weekend rentals or full week rentals during the months of April, May and September. Contact us to assist you in booking your weekend rental in April, May or September. Guest access Guest are welcomed to 2 floors and ample parking. Both porches and fenced backyard are for your use also. There is a tenant living in the first floor, who is a family member. However, during the summer rentals months, they are not regularly living in the downstairs until and guests will not usually encounter anyone on the property. Seabrook Beach is a 6 minute walk away, which is open to residents/guests in the neighborhood. There is also access to the bay, with public beaches across 1A on the west side of the house. There are restaurants within walking distance from the house along 1A. Or hop in the car for a quick 5 minute drive into Hampton Beach, with restaurants, casinos, amphitheater, shopping and more. Other things to note While we are new to Airbnb, we are superhosts on another platform with 13 5 star reviews! We have been hosting for several years prior to joining AirBnB.
