Cozy Studio with A Capitol View

Located between the Capitol and the OU Med Complex, this studio apartment is perfect for students, government and healthcare workers, or anyone visiting OKC! The main bed is topped with a 3 inch topper, and clouded in a down comforter. The living space has a dresser, 50 inch smart TV, and a desk. Aside from utensils and dinnerware, the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker, making your short or long stay as easy as possible. The space This cozy studio is located above our detached garage in our backyard. It is private, quiet, and quaint. Other things to note We only accept bookings from guests who have completed their full ID verification with Airbnb. Please make sure you have verified your government issued ID with Airbnb before requesting to book with us. Please, no extra guests besides those included in the reservation. If you need to add another guest to your reservation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We have a $15 early check in or late check out fee, to accommodate the expedited cleaning between guests. Please let us know if you’d like to request one and we will do our best to accommodate you! We have a strict no smoking policy. Smoking of any kind (including but not limited to cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, pipes) is not allowed on our property. If there is ANY evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $250 charge to accommodate the excess cleaning. We have a strict no pets policy in order to ensure our property is allergy free. Bringing a pet onto our property will lead to an addition $100 charge to accommodate excess cleaning from the pet.
