The main floor is where you'll find the living room, dedicated work space, kitchen, dining area, and main bedroom with a TV, large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, which is where the primary TV room, couch and laundry rooms are. You'll also find more books for adults and kids, kids toys and a few card and board games. There are sheets, blankets and pillows to accommodate a fifth person sleeping on the basement couch. I live nearby, so if there are any needs, issues or special requests, I am usually available to respond quickly. On street parking available in front of the house. Just off of Grand Blvd and near 29th Ave, which have frequent bus stops and are regularly plowed in the winter. A short walk or ride to Manito Blvd and Manito and Comstock Parks. Lime shared scooters and bikes are usually available to rent nearby during seasonal times. There are sheets, blankets and pillows to accommodate a fifth person sleeping on the basement couch.
