New apartment on the Sonnenalm

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request! The space In the anteroom is a wall-mounted wardrobe, a large closed closet with plenty of room for clothes and shoes; the washing machine, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner are also hidden in it. The kitchen is fully newly equipped (induction range, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and milk frother, dishes and cookware). Guests are welcome to cook and will also find all the necessary "basics." In the living area there is a sophisticated lighting concept, a large flat-screen TV (55-inch OLED), but also a chess game and colorful building blocks, if desired :) The sleeping area and the bathroom with shower and wardrobe are open. The bed has a great mattress in the size 180 × 200 cm. In addition, there is the children's room where 2 more people (any age) can sleep. The two single beds (each 80 × 200) can be fixed to a double bed, and there is a small clothes rack, a desk for children and a sweet children's sofa. The children's room can be closed with a door to the living area. Guest access The entire place with 70 m² is available to guests. We use the apartment ourselves for a few weeks a year, so a few things of ours are stowed in an area of the large closet in the anteroom. In addition, a storage room (by the carports) belongs to the apartment, where ski or sports equipment can be comfortably accommodated.
