Get a great nights sleep in one of 2 Queen Bedrooms located on the second floor of the main house with connecting Jack and Jill bathroom. Or, enjoy the open floor plan of the Garden Suite with private entrance, queen bed, family room and full bath (please note, the garden suite is not directly accessible from inside the main house). 6 guests are included in the booking. If you are utilizing the option to add up to 2 additional guests ($20 per guest, per night) to maximize your stay with up to 8 total guests, the living room has a couch available (it is not a pull out) and the garden suite has a futon that lays down flat. Please Note....Parking: Our driveway is very steep. While the space can accommodate 3 small/medium vehicles, it takes some maneuvering to get in and out due to the angle and incline. If you have a larger vehicle or are towing a boat/trailer, PLEASE contact us to discuss before booking. We do not have a boat dock available on our property at this time, if you are bringing a boat, it will need to be launched and parked elsewhere in the area. The main family room and garden suite family room are both furnished with Roku smart TV's where you can log into your preferred apps to make you feel right at home! The kitchen is equipped with the basics for simple cooking/baking and a coffee maker. The flex room (listed as "Office") off of the family room has a small sofa and is a great space to curl up and read a book. The deck off of the kitchen is the perfect spot to relax with a drink and admire the beautiful view of the lake. Should you choose to utilize this space, the shed on site has a table, chairs, umbrella with base and grill for your use. A stand up paddle board w/ oar, 3 life vests (1 each, Small/Med/Large), 3 inner tubes and 4 beach towels are also available for your use. FAQ: Main home bedrooms are located on the second floor. Garden Suite is accessed using the stairs on the deck. This space is not accessible from inside of the main home. The full home including the garden suite is available for your use. We are available via the app or text (contact info provided onsite) to help with anything you may need during your stay. If you're looking to just disconnect and relax, our property is the perfect spot where time stands still. If adventure is what you seek, day trips are super easy! McGhee Tyson Airport is about an hour from the property (55 Miles) Local boat rental available via Roscoe & Hooch located in Jefferson City. General shopping (grocery, WalMart, etc) and dining are available within a 20 minute drive in Jefferson City. A bit of a larger shopping/dining area is in Morristown, which is approx 30 minutes away. Both towns have much to offer if you are looking to bum around without doing a full day trip. There are a handful of local produce growers with storefronts in Rutledge. Joppa Mountain Pottery providing Stoneware and Raku Pottery is located in Rutledge. Trails, fishing and picnic spots are available along the nearby beautiful Cherokee Dam. Up for a day trip?
