The space This comfortable and bright two-room apartment has a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the lovely Roman climate. The rooms have their own independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and central heating during the winter months. There is also a fast Wi-Fi connection both inside the flat and throughout the garden. You will also find a washing machine, iron, clothesline and clothes pegs. The bedroom with double bed is quiet and overlooks the private garden. The windows can be fully darkened and you can store your belongings in the spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. On arrival, you will find the bed ready and a set of towels for each guest. In case of need, you will find spare blankets and towels in the container behind the door. For younger guests, a high-sided cot can be added (sheets and blankets provided) with no additional cost. The living room is where you'll find the dining table, and you can relax on the sofa, read a book or watch your favourite series on the 32-inch Full HD smart monitor. Use your personal account to access your favourite video streaming platform. The sofa bed is available on request and there is no extra charge. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for daily use: induction hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. You will also find a microwave, capsule and regular coffee maker, kettle and hand blender. There are plastic cutlery and crockery for the little ones and, on request, a comfortable high chair (no extra charge). The windowed bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and is fully equipped with a shower (90x60), a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet. Soap, shampoo and a bath-shower are provided. A hairdryer is located in the chest of drawers under the sink. The garden is spacious and welcoming. You can eat in the shade of the large sunshade awning in fine weather or cool off and relax on the rocking chair. The Cornelia Station, only 250 metres away, provides easy access to St. Peter's Square, the Spanish Steps, and Termini Station. Additionally, there is a bus stop just 100 metres from the flat, allowing for convenient travel to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and Via dei Fori Imperiali. In terms of facilities, several hospitals, including I.D.I., San Carlo di Nancy, Cristo Re, Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli, and San Raffaele, can be easily reached from the flat. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively yours: -A bedroom apartment on the ground floor. This has a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and large garden with outdoor furniture. -The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. -Bed linen and blankets are available. -Towels, soaps, shampoos, shower gel and hair dryer are provided for the bathroom. You can use the washing machine, clothesline and clothes pegs for hanging laundry, and there is an iron. -On request, we can add a sofa bed (standard double bed), a high-sided cot for children up to 2 years old and a high chair at no extra cost.For stays longer than one week, we will provide additional sets of towels and spare sheets. Other things to note Let us know your arrival time in advance so we can be there when you arrive. Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, but we can arrange other times if necessary. When you arrive, I will greet you in person and hand over the keys. You must then show me the documents for all the people who will be staying in the flat, including children. This is to comply with the law as it relates to identification and registration of the rental contract. Let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed, high-sided baby cot or high chair. They’ll be ready for you at no extra cost. During your stay, the house is yours to enjoy. We invite you to enjoy every moment with care and respect. You can host friends or relatives for lunch in the garden or an enjoyable afternoon, but please remember that people not registered during check-in are not allowed to stay overnight. We kindly ask you to leave the flat by the scheduled check-out time of 10:00 am on the day of departure, but don't worry, we can arrange alternative times according to your needs and our availability. On the day of departure, if it's convenient for you, you can leave your luggage in the flat until 15:00 and enjoy your last trip around the city. The flat is in a quiet building, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. I kindly ask you to respect the silence time and to limit as much as possible annoying noises from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbours and to enjoy your stay peacefully. We kindly ask you to please only smoke outside, where there is a convenient ashtray. We have installed smoke detectors in the house for your safety and well-being.
