It has its own entrance, private off-street parking and private patio with views overlooking stunning Carbis Bay. Situated a short walk from the beautiful sandy Carbis Bay beach and the South West Coastal path into St Ives. A 20 min walk or 3 min train ride away, picturesque St Ives has many restaurants, shops, art galleries and harbour. Amazing location to explore West Cornwall. The space From the private parking space, Boswhidden is accessed by 11 steps down to the patio and French doors leading into an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area. Open the doors for sea air and the sounds of the sea. The kitchen area is well equipped including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge-freezer and washing machine. The dining area has a contemporary glass table and chairs. The cosy lounge area has a leather sofa and 40in Smart tv. The spacious bedroom has a super king bed (or optional twin beds) and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and Bath with mains shower over. There is a private patio area with garden furniture for you to enjoy dining alfresco and relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment has smoke detectors, fire blanket and extinguisher. A Tesco supermarket, bus stops and train station are all within a 5 min walk. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the allocated parking space on the driveway, the self-contained annexe, and the patio. Joint use of the lawn immediately in front of the patio can also be enjoyed. All other areas are restricted for the owners use. Other things to note Sorry, Boswhidden is not suitable for any infants, children or pets. There are security lights covering the access to the apartment. Security cameras only cover the driveway and owners property.
