Guest access Off-street parking for the first floor is along the right side of the driveway. There is a private side-door entrance with keyless smart lock access, a full kitchen, and a private section of the front porch. Across the street is the waterfront yard marked for your personal use only complete with a picnic table and stairs leading into the water. A dedicated side of the dock for tying up your watercraft. Free paddleboat and kayaks are shared amenities for both units. Other things to note HOUSE RULES TO NOTE -Please bring your own beach towels and chairs. They will not be provided. -There is a shared washer and dryer with the other tenants of the duplex. Please be respectful of other tenant's laundry. -Parties, events and large gatherings are not allows during your stay. -A paddleboat and kayaks are available for use to share between the other tenants. Life jackets and oars are located in the laundry room.
