Located on the 5th floor of a building without lift, this is a listing of 2 separate rooms with full equipment for each. Ideal for a group of 4 friends/lovers who want to be together while still having their own privacy. With a central location, very convenient to travel, and no curfew, this house will absolutely bring you an interesting spatial experience in the capital Hanoi. The space This is a combine of 2 separated rooms, which is 501 and 502 located on the 5th floor of a building without lift. You guys will have the 5th floor by your own, no sharing. Room 501 is a big one, which is 30m2 with spacious balcony, beautiful bathtub near a big widow, big screen of projector and lot of natural light. While room 502 is a smaller one, which is about 15m2, which just offer you a simple amenities such as smart TV, working table, and private bathroom. The house has 5 floors, the first floor will be a different business model so you don't need to be shy when going in and out. NOISE: Located on the main rood of Hanoi, a busy and chaotic Hanoi the Room 501 might be affected by the noise and horns from the street. If you are a light sleeper, have difficulty sleep you should consider this matter. Repeat, it might be noisy due to the traffic. 2 ROOMS: This is NOT a house with 2 rooms attached. These are 2 separated rooms on the same floor. Same Same but Different :D STAIRS: Located on the 5th floor lift, for sure you should travel light. So, please fully aware about this point if you're travelling with big suitcase. AIRPORT PICKUP: I provide airport pick up and drop off service with the fee of 18 USD for a 4 seat car and 20 USD for a 7 seat car. I will send you a payment request via Airbnb so that you don't have to worry about exchanging money on your arrival. TOUR SERVICES: Beside of airport transfer, I also provide tour service to all famous destination of Viet Nam such as Ha Long, Sapa, Ninh Binh... If you would like to book any tour, just let me know so that I could give you the best advice. LAUNDRY: We have the shared washing machine (no dry function). You can use it freely in your own. We also can support you with the laundry service. the pick up and delivery will be processed within 24hrs. For any other demand, don't be hesitate to ask, I am always available for help.
