This peaceful 2000 Sq Ft, 3 BD/3.5 Bath home is centrally located! Only a few minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. The house has a separate Casita. Incredible 24 foot ceilings in the great room include clerestory windows and 8 foot tall sliders that overlook your own private pool and spa. The space This home is located in the iconic "48@Baristo". It has modern furnishings throughout. The main living area has an expansive great room, hard wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area, a gas fireplace and a powder room. Upstairs are the two separate bedrooms with King size beds with en suite bathrooms connected by a catwalk. The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and please keep in mind that it has an open wall looking into the living room. Relax in the courtyard by the fire pit, dine al fresco or enjoy your private Pool and Spa! The fully detached Casita has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom, completely private from the main house. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TVs. There is a washer/dryer inside the home. Garage can fit one car, there is also guest parking in the complex for one extra car. Other things to note -Pool heating is optional for an extra charge -Please note that the primary bedroom has an opening onto the main living space. -Small dogs are welcome (up to 25 lbs). Pet fee is $150 per stay. -The HOA requires a signed leased agreement for your stay, we will ask you for your email so we can send you an electronic lease agreement for you to sign. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a pool technician and a gardener visits the property once a week to maintain the landscaping.
