Cozy 2 bedroom bungalow with annexed patio with kitchen, dining and living area at 50 meters from the beach. Perfect for a family of four, one room has a queen size bed, the other has bunk beds, both have private bathroom. The first room has a queen size bed, closet space, and a private bathroom. The second room has a bunk bed, twin size (sleeps two), closet space, and a private bathroom. Each room has a private entrance but they are connected by an internal door. Just outside, joined by a hard floor platform, there is an open pavilion with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, M/W oven, and electric stoves), a dining table that can seat 8 people, and a living room area with four armchairs and two hammocks, all pleasantly surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation making it very private, enchanting and natural. The whole property is 1.500 sq. mt. with lush Mediterranean vegetation and shady pine trees everywhere. The white sand beach, which stretches for 2 km along the coast, is just 50 meters away. The Dependance is part of a Villa that is included in a private condominium. For this reason access to the beach is limited to those who are inside the compound thus avoiding it being crowded, even on weekends. Bedlinen and towels can be provided at extra cost. Electric consumption includes a weekly base exceeding which there will be an extra charge by Kw according to actual rates. Guest access Autos must be parked outside of the property. Access is through a path sideways to the main villa. The beach is just 30 mt from the property main gate. During your stay Guests are on their own, landlord is available on call or in the house next door if needed. Other things to note Due to the recent increases in the cost of electricity, a limit is included in the price which covers standard weekly consumption. Consumption beyond this limit will be counted and paid separately with a cost per Kw which will be communicated at check-in.
