Very functional 60 m2 family apartment, bright, located in the 12th arrondissement at Porte de Charenton. You will appreciate its location, close to Bois de Vincennes, metro line 8 a 3-minute walk and tram T3A. Great for sightseeing with family or friends as well as for work. Secured parking is available in the basement. The space The apartment is on the 5th floor and accessible by elevator. It includes a living room with a large TV, an open kitchen equipped with induction stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. This accommodation is in a family building, calm reigns! Everyone is therefore asked to respect the well-being of all :) Guest access We are flexible on check-in time if the accommodation is available the day before. If it is occupied, check-in will be from 1 p.m. so that we have time to clean it. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment, you can smoke on the balconies. Parties are forbidden.
