Enjoy a serene stay at this centrally-located spot. We have completely renovated our basement bedroom suite, including a kitchenette and a private attached bathroom. We are just a couple blocks away from the East Dundee restaurant district with unique shopping and dining experiences and the Fox River biking trail. We are within a two mile radius of the Brix wedding venue, Santa's Village amusement park, and downtown West Dundee. The space We live in a charming stone house built in 1926, but lots of updates have been made! Your private suite is located in the basement of our home. Guest access You’ll have a private entrance to access to your suite. The basement laundry room and utility room are not accessible by guests. During your stay We live upstairs and are happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible! Kyle works from home and his office is in the laundry room, which is in the basement, but it doesn’t affect the privacy of your suite. We love our town and have lots of recommendations for food, drinks, coffee, and shopping, all in walking distance! Feel free to ask us or check out our guidebook on our listing. Other things to note 1. We have two young kids, so you might hear occasional noises from upstairs. 2. Our house is near the top of a fairly steep hill. 3. The bathroom sink and shower get both hot and cold water, but the kitchenette sink only gets cold water. 4. Your parking spot in our driveway is on the left side. There is a short retention wall on that side of our driveway, so use caution when opening your car door so as not to damage your car. 5. Please be advised: overnight parking on the street will result in a ticket. If you want to park overnight on the street for any reason, please ask us for the link to the form you can fill out online in order to exempt you from getting a ticket. 6. Kyle works from home and his office is in the laundry room; a separate room in the basement.
