Uptown Haven - Monthly Stays Available

Relax and unwind at this peaceful and centrally-located haven! Just 1 mile from Lander University and 3 miles from the hospital and uptown sights, yet tucked away for the privacy and rest you need between your other activities. Enjoy the sounds of singing birds and wind chimes with your morning coffee on the front porch or relax in the small, ‘English Garden.’ Everything you need to make this your ‘home away from home’ with luxury linens and amenities to give you a vacation feel as well. The space My husband and I live in an RV and travel for his work. This is our home when we’re not on the road, but we enjoy sharing it with others when we’re not there. There is one locked, owner’s closet, but you’ll find two other closets and empty dressers in each bedroom so you can move in and make yourself at home. Since this is home for us, you’ll find plenty of dishes, small appliances and great utensils to make your stay comfortable. One of the King bedrooms has a daybed that can be configured as a king, 1 single or 2 single beds - just let us know your needs prior to check in. Babies & children are welcome but this unit has not been child proofed. The upstairs apartment is rented so you may hear normal life noises, but parking is divided and each unit has its own front & back entrances. Guest access The entire lower apartment is accessible to you - except for the locked, owners closet in bedroom 3. The back yard is shared access with the tenants upstairs. Other things to note 1-3 days before your arrival, you’ll be sent an electronic key code to open the front door. Please download the app before your arrival to make your check in as smooth as possible. Once you’ve entered the house the first time, you’ll find two key cards (like hotels) inside the welcome book for your use.
