Family and pet friendly farm stay in Pembrokeshire

Self contained cottage on a quiet rural farm… a great location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Relax in peaceful rural surroundings. Our cosy stone cottage with a fenced private garden is located on the outskirts of a quaint village, Reynalton. It sits on what used to be a bustling farm but is now mostly hay meadows. With Pembrokeshire’s stunning beaches, wonderful local eateries, rich history and beautiful coastal and woodland walks on your doorstep what more could you want. The space Three bedroom converted coach house, restored to accommodate up to five people. We’re also happy to welcome your furry, four legged friends, although we kindly ask that pets aren’t left alone in the property for long periods. This family friendly property is set on a rural farm, on the outskirts of Reynalton a small village which has grown in popularity over the years for its quaint charm. The farm was once home to many Suffolk sheep, a few cows and a handful of ponies, cats, and dogs. Now it’s much quieter which lends itself to a lovely relaxing stay. Free internet/wi-fi is available throughout the property and Netflix can be accessed on the lounge TV. There are two lawned garden areas as well as a paved seating area for outdoor dining. The rear garden is fenced making it a secure enclosure for children and pets. Please note: One section of the garden boundary is a stone wall (you can see it in the patio photo). If your dog is a high jumper or something of an escape artist, the garden might not be completely secure for them. The property has free parking for up to two cars or vans but should you require more let us know - more space can be arranged. At present an electric vehicle charging point is not available but this is being investigated for the future. Should you require access to charge a vehicle please get in touch as we can assist. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all standard cooking equipment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. As well as an integrated dishwasher and free-standing fridge freezer. Also provided is a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and outdoor rotary clothesline (although no promises for the weather). Some cleaning materials and equipment are provided for guest’s convenience. For your comfort, all beds will be prepared for your stay, no matter the number of guests and you'll be provided with a full set of bath, hand, and kitchen towels. Guest access You’ll have the cottage to yourself from arrival as we offer self check-in and check-out hopefully providing a home away from home experience. Other things to note The closest supermarket (Co-Op) is in Kilgetty just a short drive (approx 10 mins) from the property, there’s also a little bakery (Watkins) which you could try if you’re going that way. There’s a small Sainsbury’s in Tenby and a Tesco express in Saundersfoot. Other larger supermarkets and amenities are available in Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest and Carmarthen. Less than a 10 minute walk towards the village is the Croft Holiday park which has an onsite restaurant and children’s play park accessible to anyone (you don’t need to be staying on their site to use their facilities). They also have a small swimming pool and gym which off sites guests can book to use with a charge.
