The space Mi Casita offers everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Inside you’ll find three thoughtfully prepared bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a full), all featuring A/C, Roku TVs, and small lamps or accessories for your convenience. The open kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking — with stove, fridge, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and all essential cookware. The living room provides a cozy area to relax or stream your favorite shows, while the balcony offers a breezy spot to share a morning coffee or evening drink with family or friends. Every corner has been designed to make your stay easy, peaceful, and home-like. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire property — nothing is shared. You’ll enter through the white main gate using a secure lockbox located on the right wall of the gate. Parking fits up to three cars (two in the driveway and one on the street right in front). Once inside, you’ll enjoy: - A bright living room with Roku TV and comfortable seating. - A fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. - Three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a full bed), each with strong A/C and blackout curtains for a restful night. - A balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. - A washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide beach gear, including towels, chairs, and a cooler, to help you explore nearby beaches like Isla Verde and Piñones. You’ll have everything you need to feel at home — whether staying a few nights or a full week in San Juan. Other things to note Mi Casita is located in a quiet, authentic Puerto Rican neighborhood — peaceful and residential, yet just minutes from San Juan’s main attractions. You may hear roosters or dogs in the early morning, a normal part of local island life. To ensure comfort, the property is equipped with a water tank backup and an automatic power generator, so your stay remains uninterrupted during brief utility outages. Safety items include a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke/CO detectors. Pets are welcome (please use the provided pads and covers). Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
