House Emma. Near Basel, Freiburg, Black Forest

Haus Emma is located between Freiburg and Basel, very close to Alsace and the Black Forest. Families feel just as at home here as active vacationers, connoisseurs and wine lovers. Our guests appreciate the great location for excursions in the region, and there is also plenty for families to experience here. Cyclists and hikers can start directly from the house. You will receive a guest card from us for free bus and train travel. Our guests: Families, couples, workation, long-term guests. The space House Emma Who are we? We are private landlords. When we are not renting out, Emma's is our home, so it is equipped with a high level of comfort. You have the house with the 150 square meter apartment all to yourselves with your own entrance and garden for your exclusive use. Total living space approx. 150 square meters. On the first floor there is a large open-plan living/dining area with TV lounge with open fireplace, a large dining room, a Chester lounge and a guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, spices, vinegar, oil - everything is there! There are two coffee machines, an Illy capsule machine and a filter machine. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a smaller room, a second bathroom with bathtub and a cozy reading gallery. We can offer an extra bed for small children. The house has balconies and seating on both floors. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house. In the garden there is a dining table, a stone oven grill and sun loungers, and it is completely sheltered from view. You can pick fresh herbs from the herb garden. The house is located in a residential street on the outskirts of Hertingen/Bad Bellingen. You live to the rear, so you are undisturbed, fields, meadows and vineyards border directly on the garden and the forest is right on the doorstep. In the basement there is a completely separate apartment on the other side of the house with its own entrance and garden. The most popular excursion destinations for our guests are: Freiburg, Basel, Colmar, Alsace, Kaiserstuhl, Hochschwarzwald, Titisee, Schluchsee, Todtnau suspension bridge and the Feldberg, for families: swimming pools, Eco-Musée, Vogtsbauernhöfe farms Museums: Fondation Beyeler, Vitra Design Museum, Basel Art Museum, Eco-Musée, Vogtsbauernhöfe. For wine lovers: We are surrounded by many wineries and very close to the Kaiserstuhl and Alsace. Gourmets will also get their money's worth: from regional cuisine to fine dining, we are happy to provide tips. Wellness & health: Balinea Thermen, Cassiopeia Therme Badenweiler, Vita Classica Bad Krozingen. For golfers: 12 golf courses In winter: the Feldberg ski area is approx. 60 minutes away, stroll through the Christmas markets. You will receive a guest card from us for free bus and train travel. Access for guests Guest access You have access to all areas, except the hot tub, which we do not rent out for hygienic reasons and for the sake of the environment. Otherwise we would have to change the water after every guest. Other things to note Bad Bellingen charges visitor's tax. In exchange, you get a guest card with which you can ride the bus and train free of charge and, for example, in the Balinea Thermen with sauna park, wellness and a Dead Sea salt cave discount. We have already included the spa tax in the price, but can not show it separately.
