TOWELS AND LINEN: We provide each guest with a towel and complimentary personal care kit. Additionally, the initial accommodations include two bed sheets and Two or Three blankets for the first 4 guests. For larger groups, extra sets are provided according to the number of guests specified in the booking. Spare bedding when you stay more than 4 nights but need to change by yourself. APPLIANCES: Guests may use the refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, range hood, Gas range stove, Coffee maker, and rice cooker. TOILET & BATH Bidet is available for use in the toilet. For added convenience, consider using a diaper on your pet and always carry a pee/poop cleaner and bag. This tranquil environment is designed for relaxation, allowing you to fully enjoy the amenities and scenic views. ALCOHOL: No heavy alcoholic drinking allowed. The consumption of excessive alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Additionally, please refrain from drinking alcohol in shared areas. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: Visitors must obtain a guest pass for facility access, which requires a valid ID submission during processing. To expedite this, please provide a picture of your ID to the host when booking. Additionally, for pets, please include a copy of their vaccination record. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability, early check-in is permitted in the absence of a prior booking. Similarly, late check-out is permissible if the unit remains unreserved for the following day. To inquire about early check-in availability, kindly use the app after 10 am BEFORE the scheduled check-in day. For late check-out, you can check availability after 10 am ON the day of your departure. A fee is applied to account for the additional hours incurred. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT FEES: 200 pesos per hour 250 pesos per hour after 4pm
