Only 4 miles from downtown Sedona, 1 mile from Side Rock Park, and 20 miles from Flagstaff. The main level is where the garage, laundry, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are. There is a separate full bathroom with shower that these two bedrooms share. The master bedroom and main living area are on the upper floor which require you to ascend a flight of stairs. The huge main living area and oversized kitchen are great for large groups and families. The living room has a gas fireplace, video game system with over 3000 games, and large 75" TV for watching your favorite shows and movies. The master bedroom (king) is upstairs and has 2 vanities, bathtub and shower. On the upper level there is a trundle bed in the living area, which has two twin mattresses for use. On the front deck is a propane fire table with seating for 6. On the back upper deck is seating for 2. There is also a large covered patio in the back with seating for two or more. The gourmet kitchen and large center island are perfect for making meal with family and friends. The dining table seats 8 (6 comfortably). There are 5 counter seats located along the large kitchen island. You will have access to the entire house There are only 25 houses in this neighborhood all of them with a unique façade. The neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by mountains 360°. It only takes about 10 minutes to get into downtown Sedona, and only a couple minutes to get to Slide Rock Park. By taking the incredibly scenic 89A road to Flagstaff, you can be there in 30 minutes. We are stay quiet time be at here to from 10 PM to 8 AM. Since this location is in a remote area, and you have to cross the Oak Creek River to enter the neighborhood, there may be times which the house may not be accessible. This RARELY happens but if the river floods or the entrance is blocked due to snow, you may be stuck for a couple days in the house, or unable to gain access to the house from the road. There is a whole home generator which automatically comes on if there is a loss of power. Since the area is remote, there are no options for delivery from restaurants.
