'The Flats' is a newly-renovated two-bedroom carriage house with water views of Tofino Inlet and mudflats. The Flats has a full kitchen, two full baths and and two bedrooms with King beds. The property is on Jensen's Bay, a 5-10 minute walk to South Chesterman Beach. Owner lives on-site in a separate building, and looks forward to having you stay. Please review our policies to make sure this is a good fit: no water access, 10 pm quiet time, no parties, no smoking, no pets, 4 people max The space The house features two bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, (master downstairs has a tub) an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, deck with a view and BBQ, private outdoor shower and hot tub, and a gear storage room. EV charger is available. Guest access Outside, the guest area includes a private deck with BBQ and outdoor seating (and a view), as well as a private hot tub and outdoor shower. The house does have stairs that are a required climb to the living area. The carriage house does not come with access to the mudflats. Other things to note There may be construction noise from the adjacent property week days between 8-5. We don't have much for details on this upcoming home construction. May start summer 2025.
