Former bakery renovated and refurbished in 2022, the apartment is spacious, 90 m², very bright, air-conditioned and welcoming. You are a 5-minute walk to the central beach and shops. Hiking trails also start very close to the apartment. The space You have a large duplex-style living space with open kitchen and living room of more than 50 m2. Large openings allow you to fully enjoy the brightness, not overlooked and unobstructed view. The apartment is equipped with recent double glazing, no noise pollution related to trains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large table for 6 people. The living room consists of 3 sofas and a high table and stools area. No TV but a projector and speaker that you can connect to your phone, computer or USB stick to project your movies or photos of the day. This space is equipped with brand new and powerful reversible air conditioning. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms: - A large master bedroom with 140 x 190 bed and silent column fan - a smaller bedroom with 2 single 90 x 190 beds. All bedding is from the end of 2022. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. A Rapido sofa bed, very comfortable and very practical, is available in the living room. Board games and books for adults and children are available. The bathroom has a shower and a corner bathtub. A small storage room will allow you to store your beach equipment or other items. A small passageway allows you to enjoy the outdoors for coffee, a drink or a meal for 3 or 4 people maximum. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves. The hallway is not private. You can install the high table and stools there as long as you do not obstruct the passage and return the table and stools after use. We enjoy it regularly. Other things to note You are a 5-minute walk to the beach and shops. A few meters away is a city park where kids can play safely. Diving club and pétanque court 5 min walk. Local minibus with stop in front of the apartment. Train station 3 min walk, regional bus 5 min walk. No private parking but several spaces available nearby, no problem parking. Baby equipment upon request. Weekly or fortnightly rental in July and August. We do not provide bed linens or towels, as this is too complicated remotely. We provide mattress covers, duvets and pillows. Please bring your fitted sheets + duvet covers + pillow covers, as well as towels and table linen. No check-ins or checkouts will be on Sunday afternoons. Housekeeping can be provided upon your departure at an additional cost by an external company if you request it in advance. A deposit check of EUR 150 will be required upon arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you on departure after checking the good condition of the premises and their cleanliness.
