Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital. Guest access You have access to our entire guest home excluding one closet. The home is attached to our shop which you do not have access to. You share the yard space with us. Other things to note Check-in is after 2 pm and check out is 11:00 am. A later check-out may be available upon request. I try to accommodate your needs as much as possible but I often have check-outs/check-ins the same day.
