Welcome to Forest Lake Retreat! This modern 4-bedroom home offers breathtaking lakefront living with shoreline and stunning views. Enjoy an outdoor kitchen and two spacious decks & balcony. Inside, unwind in the oversized heated game room with air hockey, ping-pong, foosball, and smart TVs. Explore snowmobile trails or fish in one of the Twin Cities’ premier lakes, just 25 minutes from Minneapolis. Experience the perfect blend of outdoor excitement & indoor comfort at Forest Lake Retreat. The space Four bedrooms* including one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen on the main level, one queen and two twin beds on the second floor. There is also a (seriously) comfortable fold-out queen bed on second floor. Access to the deck is on the main level and also on second floor. Living room has ample cozy seating to gather by the fireplace and TV. There is a second living space on second floor with a fireplace and desk overlooking the lake. The lake can be enjoyed year-round! Swim off the dock or shore in the summer, play on the ice in the winter. We include two kayaks for guest use during the warm months. *includes bonus kid bedroom off the master suite. Guest access Guests have complete access to all areas of the house and heated game room, dock, all three decks, and yard. Other things to note Guests may dock their boat at the private dock on the property while staying. There are many places to launch your boat nearby! Here are the boat launches around the lake: Boat Access: City access: West shore of 1st Lake; North of Broadway east of Hwy 61. Willow Point Access: East side of Willow Point off N. Shore Trail. 3rd Lake Access: East shore of 3rd Lake off N. Shore Trail. Timm's Marina: Private facility with launch fee. South shore of 3rd lake (There is also a small launch 2 doors down from our house for smaller fishing boats)
