We have paired vibrant, eclectic wall paper with furnishings and accessories. The bedrooms have 2 bedside tables, a dresser or storage chest, and a wall mirror. Each closet has hangers, a luggage stand, an extra pillow, and an extra blanket. PRIMARY BEDROOM: The "South Beach" Navy and Orange room features a King Bed, a 43" Smart TV, and an Ensuite Bath with Walk In Shower. BEDROOM 2: The "Harbour Island" Pink room features a Queen Bed and rattan accents. There is a Full Bath with a Walk in Shower in the Hallway that is shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3. BEDROOM 3: The "Carolina" Blue room features a Queen Bed with UNC blue and white accents. There is a Full Bath with a Walk in Shower in the Hallway that is shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3. BEDROOM 4: The "NYC" room has its own separate, private entrance across the breezeway. This Black, White and Tan Suite features a King Bed, a 43" Smart TV, a Bench, a Desk, and an Ensuite Bath with a Shower/Tub combination. It also has its own heating and cooling "mini split" system. EXTERIOR: Plenty of room to relax, cook, play cornhole, sit around the fire pit, and watch programs on the 50" TV. Guest access You will have full access to the home and all its amenities, excluding the small owner's closet inside and the exterior shed. Other things to note - Due to the recent full renovation and not being "safety proofed," the home will likely not be suitable for very young children. Additionally, there is no crib, high chair, toddler bed, etc. If you have young children in your group, please message us first to discuss whether or not the home would be the ideal fit for your stay. - The indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not to be used. - The home sits on a partially wooded 1/2 acre lot. In the spring, summer, and fall months, our area is humid with active insects and wildlife. Any time of year, outdoor bugs may make their way inside, especially if the exterior doors are left open. We treat the house routinely for pests and keep it thoroughly cleaned. - Stairs: There are stairs to enter/exit the home and may pose challenging for guests with limited mobility. Once inside, the home is 1 level. - Security Cameras: The home has 3 exterior cameras in use.
