Cute and cozy tiny Home get-away on beautiful Whidbey Island perfect for a single or couple. Relax or work in this peaceful spot located on our 5 acre homestead with chickens and beautiful gardens. Just minutes from the ferry and walking distance to several miles of free hiking trails, 10 minute drive to several beaches and the lovely seaside village of Langley. Hang out in the quietness of the woods or explore the island hot spots including wineries, breweries and great restaurants. This space is excellent for a single or a couple. It is small, but cozy with lots of windows with woodland views and a comfy full size bed. There is hot running water inside as well as electric outlets, a heater, a fridge and free Wifi. The easy-to-use composting toilet is in a separate private outhouse just steps from the tiny house. The private outdoor shower is just outside and is very roomy with hot water and a lovely view of the towering cedars. You can cook on the butane burner, prepare coffee or tea with the electric kettle, store any food or drinks in the small fridge. Pots, pans, and dishes complete the kitchen set up as well. Cozy up with a book on the window bench or use the small desk for eating or working. There is an outdoor patio area with a grill, a table and chairs as well as a solo stove fire pit and plenty of room to hang out in privacy. The tiny house is located on the edge of our 5-acre homestead with a completely separate lane and driveway to come and go easily and privately. We have chickens and large gardens and you will be free to roam the property and explore the gardens and trailed areas. You can easily access/walk to nearby trails of Whidbey Institute directly from our property. All amenities will be provided at the tiny house and the hosts live on the property as well. We live on the property and will likely interact with you if you are exploring the property as we are out tending our gardens and chickens or cooking or sunning on our patio. Rural neighborhood with lots of privacy and woods Parking in private drive. 5-10 minute drive from two nearest towns with grocery store, gas station, restaurant, gym, salons less than 5 minutes. There are several beaches on the Puget Sound that are nearby for fishing, clamming and soaking up the sun, but this tiny home is on a wooded property. Beach towels are provided as well!
