Welcome to our charming and very spacious 126 square meters city apartment. The apartment is designed for up to 6 adults or for a family with up to 4 children. You live in the center of Bocholt and it’s just a 10-minute walk into the beautiful city center. A very nice bakery and café is located on the opposite side of the street. The apartment is very family-friendly. We have small children ourselves and appreciate it when the children feel comfortable. For example, there is a play kitchen, a handicraft table and various table games. In the children's room there is a 1.40mx2.00m bed and a crib for children up to 3 years. If required, another mattress measuring 0.8mX2.00m can be provided - if you already have older children and the crib is no longer suitable. The children's room also has a spacious changing table and changing mat. The second bedroom has a 1.60mx2.00m bed. There is also a dressing table for some extra comfort. The large dining table in the living room comfortably seats 6 people. There are also two children's chairs available so that even the little ones can sit comfortably at the table. The sofa offers space for large families and invites you to movie nights with popcorn. You are welcome to bring your own (amazon) firestick and connect it to the tv. The living room is around 50 square meters and has windows on all sides. It is flooded with natural light and forms the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. You will also find all the utensils you need for cooking there. Of course, there is also enough crockery available. There is a cozy seating area in the kitchen for a snack time. The bathroom is in the back of the apartment - right next to the bedrooms and has a bath tub. The staircase is very spacious and if you want to explore Bocholt and the surrounding area by bike, you can park two bikes there overnight. Charging for an e-bike is also available in the stairwell. Of course, we provide you with bed linen and towels. Due to the central location, public car parking spaces must be used in front of the house, which should be possible without any problems. A welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care set awaits you. Guest access The entire apartment on the 1st floor is available to you. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Cleaning during your stay can also be booked at an additional cost. If you stay with us for more than 7 nights, we will have a cleaning carried out weekly.
