We are happy to offer our large family home which offers quick access to Gatwick and central London (less than a mile from Coulsdon South which is only 22 minutes to London Bridge), but is also in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great home for families and includes plenty of outdoor space. Beautiful for summer BBQs on the back patio and early morning coffee on the front porch. The space Downstairs, there is a large kitchen opening out onto a lovely south-facing patio area with seating for four people and looking out onto a large private front garden. This leads out to a large dining room / lounge with large doors opening out onto the back garden and BBQ area. There is a separate large TV room. Upstairs, there are two master bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite shower rooms. There are two further rooms with double bed, and a room with two single beds. For the rooms without en-suites, there is a large shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The TV room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out if a further bedroom is required.
