The large terrace of almost 70m² with plancha and barbecue, blind makes the living room very bright and will welcome meals and moments of relaxation in the sun. Children's games are available. The second level has a third double bedroom (160 beds) with shower room and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds (90 beds) for children. A child gate protects the stairs. The apartment is equipped with wifi and air conditioning on the 2nd floor and in the living room.
