Our home is centrally-located to all the best river spots, 20 min to two amazing and pristine lakes with boat and jet ski rental! Enjoy a paddle board sesh, a river plunge, & experience the magic the ridge has to offer. Also 1.5 hours to Sacramento & Truckee The space You will be staying in your own private guest house with inspiring views and a private balcony with seating. The balcony also features a newly installed infrared sauna for a truly one of a kind meditative experience! Enjoy true full privacy with a priceless sunrise and sunset! Your guest house has a king bed and a comfy futon couch, and outside the guest house is a brand new outhouse, including a private full bath w hot shower, sink, and composting toilet. Inside your guest house we provide you with towels, smart tv w/ Netflix, a mini fridge, and electric fireplace. There is WiFi as well as a ceiling fan and full power to the guest cabin! We offer our guests complimentary fresh organic eggs and expresso oatmilk lattes, and are happy to have that ready for you for breakfast at your convenience. Access to the full spa is right outside the main house which includes outdoor shower (rinse prior to spa), 3 person marquis hot tub @104*, wood burning wine barrel sauna, and personal cold plunge. Candles and string lights illuminate the path from the guest house and the main house and we also provide 1000lumen LED lantern as well as 500 lumen headlamp upon request :) Guest access Guests have access to their own guest house space, as well as to the outdoor spa at the main house. Spa includes 3 person marquis hot tub, 2 person sauna, cold plunge, and an outdoor hot shower. There is also a newly installed sauna on the guest house balcony which will provide the ultimate meditation experience :) Guests also have access to their own private outhouse located 15-20 ft away from your guest cabin. Mini fridge is provided in the guest house, as well as an electric hot water kettle and air fryer. An ooni pizza oven is available upon request as well :) We also offer our guests complimentary lattes/ espresso ☕️ as early or as late as you’d like. Other things to note Ask for some fresh eggs if you’d like to support our chicken coop 🐓 We have dogs,cats, and chickens on the property. Please be mindful of the animals when driving in or out the property. You are welcome to feed the chickens food scraps and are welcome inside the coop chicken enclosure too. We are cannabis friendly but please ash in the ashtray only, we prefer no cigarettes please and thank you. Our dirt road is 1 mile long and has recently been graded and re rocked, please use 4wd if you have it and drive no more than 10 mph to preserve our road and keep dust down. Also always look for animals. Ask about renting ski boat w captain for the day on the lake!
