This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. - Baboons are a nuisance, and therefore all windows/doors need to be closed when the property is vacated. If they do enter while vacated, a portion of the breakage deposit will be taken. - For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. - Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
